1. Independent Contractor & Dispatch Coordination Disclosure

Scottsdale Foundation & Piering Pros operates as a local marketing, customer support, and dispatch coordination platform. All trade services, on-site inspections, emergency repairs, written estimates, and installations are performed exclusively by independent, third-party licensed and insured trade contractors.

Scottsdale Foundation & Piering Pros is not a licensed general contractor in the field and does not directly employ field technicians or own field service vehicle fleets.

Any contract, warranty, guarantee, or service agreement is entered into solely and directly between the property owner and the dispatched independent service provider. Customers are encouraged to verify licensing, insurance certificates, and scope of work directly with the responding technician prior to commencing work.
